  • Compared to industrial sugar, maltitol contains about 40 % fewer calories
  • The sweet profile of maltitol is very similar to that of sugar

MILK CHOCOLATE COUVERTURE. With sweetener. With no added sugar. CONTAINS NATURALLY OCCURRING SUGARS. Gluten free.

Ingredients: Sweetener: maltitol; cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, inulin, butterfat (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soy); natural vanilla flavouring.

Milk chocolate couverture contains cocoa solids: 33% minimum, milk solids: 16% minimum.
