Your duties:
- Managing the purchasing and order processing process to ensure the availability of materials for the manufacturing process, taking into account maximum cost-effectiveness and maintaining the specified quality
- Surveying the procurement market with a view to sustainable and recyclable packaging
- Monitoring and contributing to the implementation of trends, always focusing on food industry guidelines and regulations to increase the innovative strength of our company
- Independently conducting purchasing and price negotiations
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving potential in collaboration with other departments and suppliers
- Supporting the handling of complaints
- Ensuring and continuously improving ERP-supported purchasing processes
- Reviewing certifications
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
- Knowledge and professional experience in packaging and raw material purchasing
- You are a team player with strong commitment and good interpersonal skills
- Very good communication skills in German and good knowledge of English
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- High cost awareness and strong negotiation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills, even in time-critical situations
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP software
- Full-time employment according to a company agreement
